We need our ceiling replaced. Not after anything fancy so perhaps that means gib + led lighting. This will also including painting. The house is a small 3 bedroom house, 90 m2. The bathroom's won't need replacing so the total area would be a bit smaller. Photos of the existing ceiling attached.
