Removing existing plasterboard and replastering a rumpus room
Job description
Basement room, approx 3m x 7m. Removal of existing plasterboard to walls. Replaced with new plasterboard. Note - Ceiling is already done when it was insulated so is not included in plasterboard required. Two access hatches exist for access under the house and these need to be replaced for usable access. DVS vent will be put in while walls have no plasterboard. Insulation to the walls required. However one wall is partially concrete block which just needs to be plasterboarded over. Some re-wiring required which I can get done separately if required. All walls and ceiling to be gib stopped. Existing flooring to be retained. Existing doors to be retained.
