Lining of Garage ceiling and workshop

Looking for quotes to get the double garage ceiling lined with gib or anything else suitable. Doesn't need to be plastered or pretty but may need spacers due to cabling and prefer screwed in so can be removed to add cabling at a later date. There is also a small workshop (about single sized garage) that adjoins it that will also need to have the ceiling lined with similar issues around cables.
