New Gib-stopping, re-skim existing gib & paint

Job description

Plasterboard Repair
Papakura

I am looking at re-gibbing one wall in spare lounge and gibstopping and painting it (the wall is 2.4m high x 5.4m long - with one 1.5h x2.0w window in it). I also want to remove the wallpaper on the other 3 walls and re-skim the gib and paint them to match it. The lounge is a straight rectangle 3.9m x 5.4m. The ceiling is sloping at 17.5 degrees so the 2 short walls are sloping from 2.4m to 3.6m. The ceiling is sarked with cedar so no need to change it. need an idea of cost or a person to quote it for me. The wall I want to re-gib has had water leaking down it, but I have just re-roofed to sort it. I just need to sort this before selling it. If you can help or advise in any way, I appreciate it.
