Gib and Plaster Ceiling and Walls

Needing a spare room relined and plastered. Started the project but never got around to finishing it, and have since moved in with my partner to a different house so odds are I'll never do it myself now. The walls and roof are already stripped bare, I've put rondo rails on the roof, I think its a bit shit, but passable for a spare room I think. Looking for rough ballpark prices on lining the walls and ceiling with gib and plastering. Room is roughly 10sq2 meters but will update this listing with exact dimensions when I'm next back at the house. Thanks!
