Glue fixing Gib board to concrete block of 13.55 sq meter areas,&some details.
Job description
I would like your quote to supply and direct glue fixing the 10mm Gib boards to the total 13.55 square meter concrete block walls. These walls are consisted of 3 areas (9.3 sq meter, 3.02sq meter, 1.23sq meter). The walls were painted with wash and wear low sheen paint 10 years ago and in good condition. Some details of the work: 1). There is an electrical conduit, a power outlet and a water pipe will remain and cut and fix Gib board around them. 2)As what shown in Elevation B drawing, before the fixing Gib board work starts, I will extend the block pillar to the ceiling to wrap up that bit of beam at the top of the pillar, so that the original pillar will be the straight up and down, which makes it more convenient for fixing the Gid boards on. The property is in Hillcrest, North Shore, Auckland. Please refer to the attached photos and the drawings from my partner who is a designer. Please give 3 optional quotes and 1 extra job. Quote 1: To only direct glue fixing the 10mm Gib board to the total 13.55 square meter concrete block walls, while following the above-mentioned work details. Quote 2: Besides all the work descriptions in Quote 2, you will also do all the new scotias - skirtings and Gib board stoppings. Quote 3: besides all the work descriptions in Quote 2, you will also do the proper paintings for these newly Gib-board areas and the new scotias- skirtings and Gib board stoppings. Extra quote for this: if you will do the above-mentioned work detail 2 (extending the block pillar), what is the extra charge for this? Please write in your quote of the name and brand of glue you want to use, and your estimated starting date. ( I would like sooner than later. Ideally to start this job next week (11th July and onwards), latest is 18th July. Due to this house is newly renovated, I prefer you have public liability insurance and workmanship warranty. JJR Builders Ltd is a great team and they did a great job for me! Jose is the boss and he is an expert for his work. He is very capable, very professional, efficient and friendly. Jose's secretary(his wife) is very helpful, organized and communicative. When I will need any building jobs in future, I will definitely contact them again.
