Plasterboard repair and replace - and a few other small repairs
Job description
I have some water damaged plasterboard that needs to be replaced in two places in my unit. In the bathroom this is a patch and is because plumbers needed to replace a pipe. In my living area it has occurred over time due to water leaking at times of very stormy weather. It may be this turns up some opportunities to fix leaks during the process, but that is not the primary purpose of his job - it is likely to be a bigger piece of work in the future. I also need some work done on a set of wooden French doors that are not closing properly, and I’d like a deadbolt installed on my door. There is also a gap around the sewage outlet from my toilet which I need sealed as in the recent floods I had some water come through it. This job needs to be completed by 3 June.
