Gib, Plaster and Paint in Kitchen

We had some leaks in the kitchen and did an insurance claim from the Auckland Floods a few months back. The insurance company removed the affected gib. They are now not able to complete the job, so looking for someone to complete this. I think the following things need to be done. (There might be more) - Install insulation that has been removed - Install the gib, plaster and paint back to normal - A little of electrical work to install the light and work around the power point. I have attached photos of the current state of the kitchen
