Ceiling repair

Repair/replacement of a small portion of a ceiling in an apartment. There was a leak in the apartment above us and water came through our light fitting. So there is some water damage around the light. Work would involve removal of damaged section, installation of new ceiling, plastering, painting. Will be covered by the insurance of the apartment above us, I expect you will invoice the insurer directly (to be confirmed). The photos don't show much, just the light in question.
