Bathroom wall

We have a lockwood home (1970's). We want to insulate and gib the external wall of the bathroom (all other walls will be painted). We want someone to insulate, apply gib and gib stop and skirting. It is around a window that is all ready for accommodating the added depth of the gib. In addition we'd like the architrave around the whole ceiling. We'd like this completed before the end of November.
