Gib stopping/plastering required to repair old water leaks

We've had a few roof leaks and need some areas of gib in ceiling and walls to be repaired and prep'd for paint. Also a mark on ceiling that's already been painted over but the bug spray mark from an auto dispenser is coming through. Even better if you can quote seperate to paint the bits you do too (Should have paint leftover in shed from when I did it last). Just getting the house ready for sale.
