The toilet cistern has leaked and damaged the gib wall and probably the click-together floor boards within a small separate toilet room. At minimum I'll require the gib to be replaced and possibly the flooring replaced as well. The toilet area is roughly 2sqm. Hoping to have the wall repaired ASAP.
