Assess water damage and reinstall plasterboard
Job description
There was some water damaged plasterboard which has been removed from the wall. Wall is external, weatherboard. Would like someone to assess the water damage behind, and advise on installing insulation before reinstalling plasterboard. The room has three external walls, and would be interested in discussing the option of insulating all walls (the plasterboard is not in the best condition on other walls either). The ceiling also has some water damage - would like to explore the option of repair/replace and again insulating ceiling.

We are really pleased with the work Morgan did. It wasn't the cheapest quote we got, but we're really glad we made the decision to go with Smart Build Solutions. The room looks great, Morgan was fantastic to deal with and kept us up to date the whole way through, and the work was finished on time. Thanks heaps!
