Gib stopper repair and paint touch up

I have some small holes made from gib stoppers used to secure curtain rods to the wall that I require to be filled/repaired and the paint touched up. I need this done prior to new curtain tracks going up which will be two weeks from acceptance of the quote for the new curtains etc. There are five windows which have the small holes above for repair. The holes would be about the size of a 20c-50c piece and there are six above each window. Would require this to be completed in approx. the next two weeks.
