Pinex - GIB workings

3 possibly (4) rooms currently have pinex tiles on the roof. They are all in good order and have remained flat. Dining room approx 3.5x3m Front Room approx 5x4m Hallway approx 4x.08m Other room I can't remember We would like to cover these tiles with GIB (leaving the pinex in place as a second layer of insulation). Will require removing of current mouldings with possible replacement. Will require finishing and base coat of primer paint
