Fix crack in giboard, and fix door that will not stay shut

Gib board cracked, may need to be fully patched. Is about half a meter long. See photo There is also a door that will not stay shut Should just need the main mechanism moved, but will need to be re drilled and puttied Will also ask advise about some issues with window sill (rot on the inside of the aluminum frame). Should just be a 2 minute, go that route thing
