Hole in the wall

I need a hole in my plaster wall fixed. Don't know the exact colour of the wall, but would prefer if it could be painted over to match the rest of the wall and hide the fact there was ever a hole there. Greatest width and height are approximately 14cm and 8cm (see attached photo). Would like a quote of how much it would most likely cost (including GST). Thank you for your time.
