Replace plasterboard in study

Existing plasterboard was damaged by a leaking roof and needs replacing. Trim and cut around internal door frame, replace architrave. Plaster & seal for wallpaper. Wallpapering can be done by owner. Anticipate that only a half sheet will be required, room is empty and upstairs.
