Gib relining needed for double bedroom

We are needing someone to come an reline our second bedroom with new gib. The previous tenants wallpapered over existing wallpaper so we are wanting to replce it all. We are happy to strip it ourselves down the the wall studs. We would like someone to come and replace the gib board and get it up to the point of being ready to paint which we will do ourselves. Room is 3200mm by 3400mm with a 1790mm x 1200mm window on one of the 3200mm walls. Height of room is apprx. 2350mm.
