Re-gibbing ceiling of small laundry and toilet rooms

Remove current panel board ceiling and replace with gib, plaster and paint. Photos to come - iCloud playing up, will try to post pics again later. The laundry is approx 3x3m / toilet area approx 3x1m (may be slightly less) Keen to get done ASAP or Dec/Jan if poss
