We have a small new-build 1 bedroom studio, 40m2 under construction at Mangawhai Heads that requires insulation installed for pre-line council inspection and then installation of gib walls and ceilings to council specifications. Someone who can do the stopping (or has someone they use for plastering/stopping) would be ideal but not essential. Our current builder has a huge workload and we are in need of the job to be completed as soon as possible as my partners mother is looking to move in asap. Must be a LBP and able to help organise council inspections.
