Scrim Removal and New Linings

Older style 4 bedroom house in Georgetown, Invercargill has some scrim lining that we would like to have removed and have the walls relined with a cost effective solution. Scrim linings cover approximately 30% of the house, mainly in the bedrooms and entrance way. I will do the painting but I would need the gibbing done. A quote required initially and then if suitable we can proceed from there. Ideally I would like to paint over Christmas/ New Year so would require the job to be done prior to that.
