Pelmet removal whole house, reline walls & insulate

Requiring Pelmets remove whole house (Bedrooms x 2, Dining and lounge) Remove plasterboard, insulate (Bedrooms x 3, patch Dining and lounge from removal of pelmets Remove ceiling tiles and Plaster board ceiling (Bedroom x 1) New skirting and architrave's Plaster across everything above to paint grade finish Looking to add LED lights to 3 x Bedrooms, Hallway, Lounge, possibly Dining too but I can organise a separate electrician if needed I'm happy to work towards best approach, 1 bedroom at a time or all 3 at a time, ie I'll move everything from the rooms to dining, lounge and back again for dinning lounge etc.
