Full gibing in kitchen and ceiling

We require our kitchen walls to be re-gibed + the ceiling (either gibed over or skimmed smoothed, whatever's easiest) We'll have an electrician come in and disconnect all wall sockets and remove kitchen benches, cabinets and appliances. There's also a beam (non structural it seems) we'd like removed and ideally smoothed to the rest of the of the room Left wall - 3350mm back wall - 2910mm right wall - roughly 3350mm height - 2438mm
