Gib installation on conservatory wall

I have an interior wall that I would like plasterboard installed on and the joints/screwholes taped and filled. The wall is ready to go so it should be a pretty quick job for a pro. The wall is 3400 mm long and 2650 mm high at it's peak. The door opening is --- . There is a light switch, a power outlet and an electrical cable that need to be cut out. There are other cables running through the wall (see second photo) but these should be easy to avoid. I'm working from home so will be available any time.
