Rumpus room

Hi there. I’m looking to convert my 1.5 garage into a rumpus room. Walls and ceiling insulated and lined with gib (then plastered and painted) with one feature wall with ship lack. Would like a walll inserted so I still have a small garage storage area. Would need an internal door from storage area to rumpus area. Would like the ceiling to be vaulted to give a sense of space. Would like to see if we could install a bathroom in there too so would need a plumber. Has power out there. Need lighting and power points. Garage has a concrete floor. Must be able to work with female who asks questions and knows what she wants ;-) Must be able to provide references and full GST invoice After discussion will provide full scope of work. Thanks!
