After the removal of an interior wall, the engineer has determined that a new bracing element, in the shape of 1 sheet of GIB braceline, has to be fitted to the hallway. I'll remove the skirting, skotia and old/current GIB but need a qualified person to correctly install the new GIB braceline, tie it to the floor joists and have it inspected. It then has to be plastered and left for me to paint and refit the skirting and skotia. This also has to be completed pretty quickly - within the next three weeks as the unconditional sale of the house is dependent on this! No pressure...
