Replace/cover over ciling drywall

I'm looking for someone to replace our ceiling drywall in our lounge. It may be easier to put new gib up over the existing ceiling which has a textured finish. We would need new down lights installed too but I will list a separate job for this. My husband and I both work long hours so we would need someone to do a quote on a weekend- Please don't contact up if this isn't possible. I listed previously and the other contractors weren't able to do this. Happy for the work itself to be done during the week.
