Lounge ceiling repair

The fibrous plaster ceiling in our lounge had water damage. The damaged sheets have been removed, but need replacing and stopping to F5 finish. The hole is approximately 150 cm by 300 cm. Everything has been removed from our lounge, and the hole makes the house very cold. We would appreciate the work being completed as early as possible. I can do the painting myself.
