Gib installation over asbestos popcorn ceiliing - single bedroom

One bedroom in the house has a popcorn ceiling, tested positive for asbestos. I would like to have this covered with gib. I will take care of plastering/painting. The bed room is approx 4x4 meters but is split level/ has a loft, so there are two ceilings that need to be done. We are taking possession of the house in a few weeks so room can be left empty. Ideally this would done as soon as possible after the 2nd June. There is an external door into the room so it can sealed off from the rest of the house for the duration if necessary. I don't currently have access to the house to supply better photos but have a picture of the bottom floor of the room below. Happy to organise access for a proper quote.
