Ceiling repair

Our ceiling suffered water damage and has been repaired but unfortunately the repair work failed and falling off. Needs joining tape and replastering a section approximately 2.5m x 0.6m. Would like job done early December if possible. Otherwise we can arrange a time for the new year. The property is a rental. We live in Ohau by Levin, so we need to arrange timing in advance.
