Bedroom for plasterboard repair and general preparation for re-painting.

Essentially a bedroom for general preparation for repainting. The room is 3mx2.8m and plaster board 2.3m tall. There's an area 600x320mm (1st photo) which needs patching. There's another area of water damage that I haven't put a photo of (~50x100mm) underneath a non-opening window. Also, there is a hole in the ceiling from previous work requiring access to the roof space, which needs a trapdoor or something put over it (2nd photo).
