Plasterboarding / Wiring

Hi there, I have a sleep out that I'm hoping to wire for lighting / wall sockets, and plaster board including ceiling & insulation - so would require both an electrician and builder / handyman. The structure is roughly (without measuring) 3.5m x 2.5m There has been wiring in the past, but has since been removed due to age and needs replacing, and the structure is original (same age as the main house). I have no idea on costs, so I don't have a budget in mind - will push forward with most reasonable quote. I've attached an image of the main house, and where the sleep out is situated. The main power board is just inside the front door. I'll be at the property over the weekend for onsite inspection. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks, J
