Have a 4 Bedroom home (100m2) which needs all the internal walls to be replced (new gib). House will be gutted prior to the job commencing, so need a builder to come in and install the gib, new skirting/framing and plaster ready for painting. Looking to have the property available week starting 14th March and would need a firm committent to the dates as we are traveling back from overseas to manage. 4 bedrooms, 1 toilet, 1 bathroom, hallway and lounge. area to be regibbed. Insulation to also be installed.
