I have sleep out of 18m2 and needs the ceiling gib removed and new one installed and close the entrance from the garage to the roof cavity to prevent cats entering there. Reason: Previous owners cat damaged the gib/insulation and cat pee got absorbed by the gib and now its very smelly. Can see the stains on the ceiling. There is 4 lights (recessed) which will be replaced too.
