My 1890s era house has scrim and sarking in one of the rooms which is approximately 6m^2. I would like this to be replaced with plasterboard and brought up to modern standards. While we're in there we may as well chuck in some insulation too. I would like this work done as soon as possible, the house is mostly empty right now since we haven't fully moved in so it's a good time to do this sort of thing.
