Scim Lining Revoval and Gib Installation

I have a property in South Dunedin with scrim linings in the hallway. There is wood panelling part way up the walls with the scrim linings stretching up to the roof. A quote required to remove scrim linings, supply/ install gib and first coat of plastering. I would complete the job from there. Also need to confirm timing as we need the job completed ASAP. House is vacant but key is with agent.
