Replace a leak-damaged ceiling gib sheet

This is a corner sheet in a rumpus room attached to the garage (not a living area). The leak has been fixed three years ago, everything is dry. Note where the adjacent sheet (on the left if facing the hole)ends over the stud, it could be saved I think. Scope: 1. Replace + plaster the ceiling corner sheet. 2. Plaster the adjacent ceiling and wall sheets (very small area on thre wall, see in the last picture) 3. Paint as required (I may be able to provide the paint if the leftovers have not dried out).
