Job description
Hardyflex work: There is a broken sheet of 'Hardyflex' in the garage ceiling that needs replacing. It has slide-out joiners, and one partial sheet has to be pulled out and then the broken one. The broken whole sheet replaced and the second small portion slid back in and beading sealed in. Gib work: A hole 450 x 230mm has been cut in wall for plumber to repair a pipe. This piece of Gib needs replacing and gib stopped, ready for painting.
