New Celling installation in Hagley Ave

Job in Hagley Ave to replace the ceiling: Approximately 53sqm (final area of ceiling TBC with you) of plasterboard ceiling to supply and fix through an existing plasterboard ceiling.  - The Existing ceiling has a stipple finish that has tested negative for Asbestos. The new ceiling is to be installed directly over the old. - 2 sqm of ceiling is above a stairway, which will require some access. - The light fittings are pendant lights (i.e there are no recessed light fittings). - Possibly some bathroom walls to be included in this, but will have to confirm after removing shower/bath. Job will be ready for GIB ceiling installation from 3 May 2021.
