I had a bathroom leak which has been repaired by a plumber and now need an exterior plaster board repair for the hole created by fixing the leak- see attached photo. I just need the board replaced and prepped ready for a painter to repaint it. Also a small hole about 20cm repaired in garage wall- see photo.
