I have a rental property that just needs a touch up between tenants. A couple holes in the walls. One area around a sockets that needs repairing. One fairly major crack in the ceiling and one room with earthquake cracks on 3 or so walls that will need raking out and plastering. Shouldn’t take more than a couple of visits.
