Nel came two weeks ago and put waterproofing on the wall. She said it would take 24 hours before anymore work could be done and she would phone me and let me know when she would finish the work. I also asked her for a quote on some work in the laundry. After not hearing from her for a week and a half and despite leaving a phone message and a text and not getting a reply I sent her another text saying I was going to get someone else to do the work
