Removing lath and plaster and relining

We are contemplating relining two bedrooms which currently mostly lathe and plaster and require quotes. Remove lath and plaster and install new 13mm plasterboard, New pink batts R2.6 min, new dwangs as need to comply for Gib installation guide. Any out of shape walls shaved down or packed out to accept plasterboard. Option for replacing ceiling which is currently some type perforated tile. Plaster finish to walls in prep for painting by owners.
