Earthquake cracking repair

There was some earthquake crack repair to gibboard either omitted completely or poorly executed (not raked out, joints not refixed or gib taped etc) in 2011 earthquake repair process to our house and the original builder is now conveniently out of business. As repair was an opt-out by the previous owner, neither EQC nor my insurer will cover this. Need localised repairs done properly to Gib Earthquake repair guidelines by a decent LBP willing to stand by their work, but must also be very cost-effective, as we are paying personally, and are not rich! Hope someone can help
