Gib Stopping whizz not afraid of heights

I've in the process of doing some reno's that include 4 new skylights (3 are in - 1 to go), and a rework of a cupboard nook area (building works finished). I need the gib filled, stopped etc ready for painting but because its all ceiling work, we also thought we would get the all the ceilings painted at the same time so there's lots of cracks generally that need fixing too, but if time isn't available to do that now it can be done later. Ive given a budget but I'm not sure about how much all the 'little' repair work might be.
