Our rental property has a leak last week that caused a hole in the ceiling which needs to be repaired. The 2 holes are approx. 400mm x 200mm but the wet area of plasterboard much larger (maybe 2m x 1m). The wet plasterboard needs to be patched and the room ceiling also needs to be repainted (its an average sized lounge) Job is in Mount Eden
