Small plasterboard repair job
Job description
We had a small amount of some water damage some time back to plasterboard in our kitchen and above our stairs (on the other side of the same wall). The leak has since been fixed and has not leaked at all in the last couple of big downpours we've had, so it's time to get these fixed. The first photo is the bit above the stairs which probably just needs some tidy up and plastering. The inner chalk marks in the second photo show the extent of the damage, which is about 270x150mm. The outer chalk marks show where the timber framing in the wall is. The third photo is from the other side of the stairs where there's been some cracking, not related to the leak. This needs a tidy up and re-plaster.
