Job description
Hole in bedroom wall to be repaired please. Also I can see that there is no insulation in the wall so would like to arrange for this too. I am happy to strip wallpaper in the room and will then paint.

Communication was excellent to start with, best I’ve ever experienced. Then when the job was finished I asked for some extra work to be done which I had the impression would be ok. I received a quote and based on that decided to make an insurance claim. That’s when he stopped responding to my messages even to confirm whether he was interested in doing the work. I asked for a receipt, no reply. Disappointing as a good tradesperson and I feel let down.
