Shower ceiling repair

We own an apartment on the second floor of a complex in the city centre and water from our shower cubicle was leaking to the floor below. The leak has damaged the ceiling in the bathroom in the apartment downstairs and we need to repair it. I have received a photo of damage from owners downstairs, please see attached.
